Amongst people that have known me as a writer, people who cannot begin to imagine my apprehension when it comes to publishing my true thoughts and emotions in concerns of real people in my real life. While the professional photographers and guys with professional cameras get their thing in order, I had the pleasure of pointing my camera in her direction and snapping off a few pics worthy of sharing with you. This photo session followed a "Toy party" hosted by my daughter A'lisa. Once the erotic adult novelties had been demonstrated, I was allowed back into the studio.
We talked about the things that were heavy on her mind at the moment, mostly guys and how much more fun it would be were she to enjoy her new toys with that one someone special, some politics. There's always going to be talk of doing something good in the hood. Then she took off the sweater and I remembered that I'm just a man and someone else, someone more objective, someone more talented, someone contracted to shoot photographs for a serious design house that produces and sells couture should be photographing this woman. Victoria is the exact opposite of the typical urban glamor model, firstly and paramount to the physical is the fact that she's brilliant. Still, she's distractingly fit which unfortunately succeeds in detouring eyes and disrupting brains.
